Decent Experience, but Some Concerns

The stay was decent, but there were a few issues. The internet wasn’t working, and when we tried to call reception, there was no response. Drinking water was not provided in the room, which is a basic necessity, and we also noticed that the towels were not clean. These issues need attention to improve the guest experience

The hotel is being renovated. We were the first guests to stay in the modern minimalist rooms. I love this style. I appreceated the independent air conditioning rooms have and the hotel's eco-friendly policy. Apparently all premises will be upgraded. It will definitely make this hotel very competitive. It's location is perfect, just off the main pedestrian road. I would advise it to tourist who love shopping, museums, thermal baths and trekking. Discriminatory treatment to the guests!!!

It was so disapponting we did the check-in at 10.30 and as we were guests that we were going to spend only one night ,they did not want to give as an available parking place as we were guests only for one night;however ,15 minutes later , a couple got it because they were to stay in the hotel for 4 nights; for sure ,I won’t come back to this hotel because of this discriminatory situation !! 4-star hotel with excellent value for money, attentive staff, incredible food, and vegan options. The common area is all located at the reception, with games tables, a space for children, and sofas all in the same room, which makes it quite noisy. The wifi is weak, and does not support calls or social networks. WORST WIFI IN ANDORRA.

Personnel was extremely caring and really nice to treat with.Worst part was the WIFI. That ruined the experience. I had to work in the evenings but couldn´t because WIFI was not available most of the times.
