Chances are, if you're staying here you're part of a group and didn't have much choice.The rooms a terribly run down. Chipped, cracked, and peeling linoleum throughout. Fixtures hanging onto the wall by a thread. Corroded metal everywhere. No coffee/tea in the room. Heater doesn't work. The beds are very hard and only have a blanket, not a duvet. The buffet dinner and breakfast was mediocre. The food was cold and the "clean" plates were all dirty.Don't waste your money staying here.

Clean and well-situated but the worn and simple rooms without anything but the absolutely necessary amenities are nowhere near a four star standard. Lack of parking space which is only discovered upon arrival is a total disappointment and cause as the parking in the centre is horrible. It should be possible to make parking reservations if spots can’t be guaranteed. Comparing with international prices, it is OK for the money, but seems overly priced for Andorran standards and the overall standard of the services is low.

Stayed for a few days at this hotel. Very easy access to city centre from hotel at basement level of liftRooms are comfortable beds are large. Staff are friendly Food wasn't brilliant, cold Canteen style I was ill and the management were very caring and supportive of my husband

Making us paying for damages what we didn't do

The hotel is making us pay 450 euros for out room being broken in generalWe went in the shower and the shower panel fell on its own and smashed all over my friend making him bet seriously hurt,the bathroom door locks on its own and the door lock doesn't work making us going tge reception to get a new kne making us get fined This hotel is not good and will make you pay even if it was on your own

really nice place overall

absolutely lovely place and to stay, just don't eat the lasagna. I'm traumatised from that experience, the sauce was like something out of a horror film. The sauce defied gravity. I would seriously consider calling the authorities due to the abuse involved is serving this alien substance. i am appalled. don't be fooled by the image.
