Recently stayed here for a Thursday and Friday night stay. First and foremost was the price of the accommodation (€56 per night for 2 people with breakfast included), we didn’t think deals like this existed anymore. What seems to be rule of thumb, is a manager/owner that believes a small profit is better than a empty room. A lot could learn?The hotel is in its own 3 sided cul-de-sac. Hotel, it’s parking (underground) is to the left and straight on, restaurant and apartments to the right. It is situated on the main shopping street in Andorra and is about a quarter of the way down. If you turn right, there are a few shops, but, turn left and tax free shopping begins in earnest.The room was good, in fact for a 3 star, it was very good. Yes, there are a couple of warts, but we have stayed in pro ported 4 star hotels in France, that cannot hold a light to Les Closes. Add the discounted room rate and bingo. Breakfast is fair, it is limited but there is plenty and it is replenished quickly. Quality is above basic, but, for the price of the room, the owner does have to make some profit.Parking is €18 a day. Some will say this is steep! I call it cheap compared to a €100 fine for illegal parking, or having to walk 3 miles for a parking spot, but that’s just me.Now, finding the hotel and parking is not the easiest if you have not been before. Also, if you use a Tom-Tom beware, it tells you to go down a pedestrian only road. This was kindly pointed out by the policeman who stopped me, the irony, is that you still have to cross the pedestrian road/area to arrive or leave the hotel. That said, for what we got, for what we paid, it’s really nice to come away having a good hotel at a remarkable price. Best breakfast in spain

Maybe just 20 min walk from the bus station(came with 11 o'clock bus from Barcelona) follow the river into the main shopping street and go up till you see the hotel to your right. Great shopping and comfy rooms with gel and shampoo in the bathroom, soft towels and good pressure in the shower. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10:30 ans is a buffé with cold cuts and warm dishes, fruit sallad and water melon slices. Lots of pasteries! Everything was very tasty even some peculiar items:)

Parking is available beneath the hotel but first you must traverse the pedestrian zone(€18) for the night. The hotel reception is welcoming and there is also a restaurant offering good value for money meals. The rooms are cosy and compact enough for an overnight stay with a balcony looking out onto the cul de sac the hotels sits within. The receptionist spoke French as well as Spanish as many Andorrans do and was most helpful. The bathroom and room were clean and exactly what would be expected of a 3* Hotel. The WiFi is not available all over the hotel and we picked up a signal from a boutique on the corner. The breakfast which is included in the price was much better than we had expected given the hotel rating and included both hot and cold options. Would I recommend the hotel for the price and location definitely.

It is former italian restaurante, now mainly oriented on the half board clients. Soup in the restaurante was 8.50 euro! Just vegetable cream soup! Rude receptionists

We've stayed in this hotel in December 2018. I booked a double room for a short stay and when we got into the room we noticed there were two twin rooms. We went back to the reception, informed that we've booked a room with a double bed. They said to us they didn't have a double bed and we couldn't change rooms. Then we asked if somebody could go there and get the twin beds together.Then the two receptionists said that "if we want to get beds together we should do it by ourselves" in a very rude way. Of course, any person can do that. But what disappointed us was that they didn't seem to offer any kind of help for us. What made things worse was that, when we we're walking out of the reception, we still heard from one of them: "what kind of guests are these that don't know what they've booked". This childish behaviour is definitely something that we shouldn't see in hotel receptionists.Also, when we were checking out, the other receptionist didn't even looked at us, kept speaking in French (while we were trying to talk to her in English, Spanish and Portuguese) and didn't make a single effort to show herself somehow helpful.Rooms are kind of old, with some renovation.
