  Beautiful beach access, awful bathroom

  This hotel is a little far from the city center. It's easy to take the bus in although the bus schedule is varied and requires planning. We enjoyed the short walk to get to a beautiful, clean beach. We found the staff to be kind and helpful. They provided nice beach towels to borrow. The plentiful breakfast was well worth the low cost. Now, it's time to talk about the layout of the bathroom. Ugh! It took patience to maneuver by the sink to reach the toilet or sideways shower. The door didn't fully open since it would bang on the bidet and stop. Using the bathroom for anything was a huge inconvenience! We appreciated our room's balcony facing the partially blocked view of the sea. The passing trains weren't bothersome. If you're willing to use your own transportation or you can manage to use the public bus, you may enjoy your stay here away from the city center.

  A very reasonable stay in Andorra la Bella at a nice hotel!

  I booked this hotel for an overnight stay in this beautiful, storybook Principality. I was not disappointed and an pleased to write this review.The room was on the second floor and is accessible via a lift or stairs. It was not overly small, and the very pleasant hotel receptionist, Desiree. I was very pleased with my room and the view.I took the breakfast for an additional €5, and it was filling and of good quality. The room was clean, unpretentious and met my needs. I do believe that if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodations, this hotel is most satisfactory. Please note that when the hotel says checkout is at noon, it is definitely at noon. They actually close and lock the facility for cleaning.

  This hotel is the worst if you are going skiing. We booked a package trip with ski rental. You are only allowed to pick up the rental in El Tarter. This is an hour bus ride away. We missed out on ski time both days because of this. The hotel also advertises a free bus to take you to the slopes however, no free bus was offered. You have to take the city bus which is about 2€ each way. On weekends you can wait up to an hour for the bus. Hotel staff was rude. We asked if we could leave our bags on the last day while we went skiing. When I asked the woman if the room was locked she said no because they go in and out all day. I told her that I have valuables in there to which she laughed and said they are not responsible. The room is left unsupervised all day and is next to their public bathrooms. The breakfast was horrific. They have one toaster for the entire hotel to use so you have to fight if you want toast. All they offer are stale croissants, stale cereal, bread and turkey and cheese. To top it off the bed was uncomfortable and there was only one outlet in the room. I do not recommend.

  Lovely hotel in the old part of the town. Great for the buses and a good place to stop if hitting the slopes. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. We both really enjoyed our stay. Its cheap and cheerful. Lots of good places to eat within 5 mins walk.

  Stayed the one night for Andorra vs. Albania. The hotel is located close to the centre of Andorra la Vella, and a 10 minute walk from the national bus station. The staff didn't speak much English but were friendly enough. The room was basic but clean, as was the bathroom.
