  Couple of days in Andorra

  Stayed here in May and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.On‑site parking was an advantage, especially in Andorra la Vella where spaces can be limited. The location couldn’t be easier — just a short walk to plenty of bars, restaurants, and many of the main attractions in the city centre.A solid choice for a clean, convenient base outside the ski season.   We really loved Hotel Magic in Andorra La Vella! Once we arrived (though it was well before check-in time) we were warmly greeted by Valeria - a very kind lady at reception. And we were lucky to get a room earlier, which we really appreciate! Valeria was super welcoming and helpful, and she really added a lot of positivity to our day and our stay overall! Thank you very much!The room we got was very comfortable, spacious, newly renovated I would say and, most importantly, with an Amazing view on the river, mountains and the famous bridge. In my opinion, the view seriously couldn’t be better!The location of the hotel is in the Very heart of the city and very convenient in every sense.And special thanks to all the people working there. Everyone was really kind and helpful - both ladies at the reception and the barman. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Andorra!)   Avgerage hotel, but brilliant location and price!

  Travelling alone I look at location and price, the Magic checked the boxes. The location is brilliant, close to everything. 1 km walk from the bus station, easy to find by the river. And again, the location is brilliant. Just go out and walk to whereever you want to go. The hotel itself seem old, both outside and inside. The furniture is old and everything is just old, but it worked for me. They have a coffee maker and a minifridge, thats why they have 4 stars, I presume. Otherwise I would say 3 stars and an average hotel. But again, it worked for me with the brilliant location. What annoyed me, though, was my room in the six floor in the end of the hall, was I was very bothered with a large sound, some ventilation outside or some sort, I could see it from my window, a huge pipe. I could not sleep with my window open and it was a bit hot. Even with window closed I had to put my airpods in to try to keep the noise away. I think maybe if you have a room facing the river it would be the same. Bring ear buds just in case.I did not the restaurant nor did I have breakfast. There is a small gym with some equipment an a very old tread mill.   This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Upon check in we got to our room and the AC was not working. So we have to change rooms that evening. Originally someone from the front desk was going to come up and move us and give us new keys. She called and said she was busy at the front desk and asked us to come down. We get to the new room and the sink is leaking. There are also no bath towels. We call the front desk - it’s 9:30p at night at this point - and she says she is here alone and we have to come down and get them. We go down to get the towels. We tell the front desk worker about all the issue and ask if something can be done. She says she can’t do anything right now because there are other guests waiting and to talk to someone in the morning. Not a great way to leave an impression on guests.
