Excellent Staff and good food with spa facilities. Hotel also very clean. We stayed here whilst skiing for a week, booked through Crystal Ski. Location is also excellent just across the road from the slopes

Good hotel. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet excellent - wide selection of items. Staff are brilliant - efficient, friendly doing everything they can to make sure you have a good stay. 1 min walk to slope - ski room and lockers in basement so you can get changed and walk straight to the lifts.

Needs a freshening up & Referb

    rating10 Mar 2025

The rooms really need a update. As we arrived I could smell sweat in our room! The fact that there is NO hooks to hang any of your skiwear could be the problem.Every ski resort I’ve been to over the last 15 years all have hooks to hang your ski gear! Maybe something to consider? The bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding plus towels are so old and thin.In the bathroom there’s a door stopper directly where your feet go as your sat on the toilet which is daft thinking as it couldBe better positioned. We’ve stayed here a few times as the location is perfect but all in all the whole hotel needs a refurb. The spa was the main attraction for us but now they charge pp €9 a day which we weren’t aware of.

The massage is a hidden gem that I heartily suggest!

    rating07 Mar 2025

Although I didn't stay at this hotel, I did make advantage of the spa and massage center because I was staying at a place just in front. The hotel had a fantastic deal that literally rescued my ski week: a weekly bundle of four massages (25 minutes each day). Don't expect a spa with a red velvet feeling. It's a straightforward, tidy, pleasant spot. The therapist is really skilled, professional, and patient. During each session, he took the time to learn about my back issue, which was the most uncomfortable part of my body, and he really helped to ease it so I could enjoy my vacation stress-free. He was really helpful in relieving tension and back discomfort and he helped a lot recovering from a leg injury. Four of us (kids, teenagers and adults) in my party went for massages because he was so skilled. This is my biggest recommendation in Pas: book these massages! They are great!

    Great location for snowboarders :)

    rating18 Mar 2024

Visited here in March 2024 on a lads snowboarding trip. I'll get a few of the negative's out the way first as the positives far outweigh the negatives. The worst thing for me was the facilities for storing the snow gear, skis and snowboards following a day in the snow I would expect the facilities to be good enough to dry out the gear ready for the next day but we found the locker room damp with no heating like we have experienced in other hotels in the past. This meant out boots were damp each day. The mountain views advertised mean you can see part of a mountain if you break your neck out the windows. Not really an issue though. The hotel location is perfect for access to the slopes. Literally a few minutes walk. Directly next door in either direction or opposite the hotel are bars and clubs, shops and ski shops etc. Noise from bars and clubs was a bit loud on the weekend and woke me one night but nothing major. I have seen a few bad reviews mention the language of the staff not being great English. Considering you're not in England I'm not sure what some people expect. Majority of the staff had good English with only a few struggled a bit to understand us and likewise us to understand them but overall it was not a problem. One thing I can say is even if the language was an issue the staff we pleasant, polite and helpful. Rooms was tidy and housekeeping cleaned and made beds every day. not the biggest rooms but good enough for what we needed.Food was good from the restaurant. I tended to stay away from the main buffet as the food was generally not hot enough unless you're lucky enough to get the food when it comes out but the freshly cooked grilled food each night cooked to order along with the fresh eggs / omelet's each morning was more than adequate. Fresh fruit and pastries each day was also good. Spa facilities was basic but better than nothing and we did spend a couple of nights in there. On the day of departure we had to leave early at 4.30am and the hotel provided us all with a small bag containing some food and a drink which was a nice unexpected touch. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I came back to this area for snowboarding in the future.
