    The Penthouse room with balcony was first class and everything very clean and well presented. The daily service was carried out efficiently and with a smile. We tried both restaurants for dinner and they proved very good. Breakfast was also well stocked and fresh fruit was amazing.     The location was perfect for us right in the centre, great atmosphere in the bar / restaurant, very friendly staff, the room was excellent and very well cleaned and serviced. The spa was amazing and quite very well run. Amenities in general were excellent, I would definitely recommend and it would be my first choice hotel when in Andorra next time.     Consistently Declining Experience After Multiple Stays

    During my third stay at Grand Plaza, the experience dropped again. When we arrived, there was no one to help with luggage, unlike previous visits. No welcome drink either. Last time we received champagne and fruit in the room; this time nothing. I even called reception to check if it was a mistake, but was told something about “booking specifics,” even though I always book through their official site. The room category was the same as before, so that explanation made little sense.I also booked the Christmas dinner. The menu was identical to last year. Just like last year, guests were told to arrive at 8:30, seated around 8:45, and only closer to 9 p.m. were we given drinks and a small piece of bread, which everyone finished immediately because we were hungry. By around 11, some guests started leaving, basically full from the slow stream of appetizers. Maybe some people enjoy that pace, but I don’t, and I hoped they would improve it this year.Overall, it no longer feels like the hotel is happy to see returning guests. That welcoming atmosphere we felt during our first stay is gone.     Beautiful and relaxing stay

    I adored this stay! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking to stay in Andorra. Location wise, it’s perfect. We arrived via coach from Barcelona and the hotel was about a 15 mins walk from the station which was straightforward. We were close to the centre and everywhere was walkable. The spa is peaceful and not crowded as you have your booked time. There are plenty of treatment options and the massage was incredibly relaxing. The rooms were clean, the penthouse space and everything about it was wonderful. The daily treats being delivered to our rooms were something we all got excited about, the truffles were our favourites! Oh the Molten Brown soaps were delightful. This hotel is pet friendly, so that was a highlight seeing pups in pushchairs. Adorable.If you are hesitating where to stay, then look no further. This is the place to be.     Amazing Hotel with incredible staff and Spa

    This hotel gives you five star vibes throughout the experience. The rooms have fantastic facilities … brilliant hair dryer! It had everything you need. We booked the penthouse room which was really worth as the views from the balcony was wonderful. You can see the street below but eyes up to the beautiful view of the mountain side with colourful trees.That staff are incredibly helpful. Lorena and leonardo in particular. Lorena had such a cheery kind demeanour and so very caring. Leonardo was our problem solver … nothing was to big a deal and it felt as though it was his pleasure to ensure that our visit was perfect. The Spa facilities were amazing and one of the best I have experienced in a hotel. You have to book your daily hour in advance and you have an hour per nights booking which is wonderful. The gym was fabulous as well. Food, service, drinks - everything just perfect. We will be back that is for sure. Andorra la Vella is your place for the shops with a fantastic long pedestrianised walk way. Must eat if you like beef: Maison Carne - what an experience that was! Canillo is a more quaint town with lots of tourist things to do. L4 bus or 20 euro taxi and 10 min drive. Make sure you stay at this hotel though - you won’t regret it.
