  Comfort, Convenience, and Great Value – All in One!

  Hotel Cervol exceeded all my expectations! I booked it as a 3-star option and initially had modest hopes, but the experience was truly impressive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant was another highlight, offering excellent quality, a wide variety of dishes, and truly delicious meals.The room, while featuring a more classic décor, was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also a big plus: just 1.7 km from the city center, with bus L1 stopping almost at the hotel’s door. This bus conveniently takes you to the center or to Caldea, making it easy to explore the area without hassle.Considering the overall experience, it was absolutely worth the price paid. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Cervol to anyone visiting Andorra and will certainly suggest it to friends and family.   Our room had a window only facing the narrow courtyard, so practically no daylight. Very poor air conditioning. Very disrespectful behaviour of the staff when entering for breakfast (rope barrier). I emailed repeatedly before arrival with one question, no reply.

  Great location, easy to find and walking distance to a number of nice restaurants. The main downtown shopping area was a short drive. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Basic room, shower and small balcony overlooking the street. The mattress was quite firm. The street noise created a challenge for sleeping. The room was too warm and there was no AC. While the temperature outside was great for sleeping, there was too much traffic noise to keep the balcony door open. Buffet breakfast was simple and sufficient.   Practical, efficient, good value

  I just needed a place to stay in Andorra and park my car, and this hotel provided everything I was looking for. My room was big, comfortable, quiet, and spotless, and very good value for the price. There's an underground parking (which you have to pay for - more on that later). The hotel isn't smack in the centre of Andorra la Vella but you are just a 10 minute walk from what passes as the old quarter and from the main shopping streets. If you have a car, beware that Andorra la Vella is complicated. You can't easily stop your car on the street and check out a hotel. All the hotels I checked charged for parking. It's just the way it is. This hotel is a bit outdated, but I rather liked the nostalgic value. For instance it has a game room with arcade games. There's what looked like a decent gym, though I didn't have time to try it. I've had better breakfast buffets but it was fine. Everyone in Andorra seems to be from somewhere else so you should be able to find someone among the hotel staff who speaks your language. All in all, this may not stand out as an excellent hotel in other cities, but Andorra is a rather strange place and I was very happy to have found Hotel Servile.   Very noisy rooms - not recommended

  Hotel in general - old, outdated, smelly. No place to park your car in front while you check in and they wont let you inside the garage before you check in and pay for your stay. Very very slow reception staff who take forever to process your documents, so you must block the street outside while you check in. They don't care if you have to leave children in the car, you CANNOT park first and pay a minute later - for them it is impossible. The also give you the receipt only if you ask, but demand you pay on the spot, of course. Parking for big cars is good, but we couldn't find it at first, since it is not in any way marked. Not even with a P above it - nothing. They tell you to look for brown doors, which in foreign country where all doors are brown and street is one way, is very unpractical.Also reception staff that struggles with English shouldn't be at the reception. But in Cervol they are there.Sleeping in the room without earplugs is mission impossible even for Tom Cruise. You can hear EVERYTHING people around you in their rooms are saying and doing. When they go to bathroom it is just like you are with them. If they have intercourse, you hear every breath. If they walk, you pray they stop so you can sleep. There are a few holes in the walls inside the room, nobody cares to fix. TV was so small you really need binoculars to see it. Our tablet was almost bigger than the TV which is on the far opposite wall and way up high from the bed headboard. Also remote works only if you shake it a little.Choose Cervol only if you REALLY have to, otherwise there are much better hotels around. We also thought other bad reviews can't be all right - well I guess they can. We made a mistake and booked, luckily only one night. You have been warned. Only good thing is nice staff at the breakfast, really welcoming and accommodating and friendly.
