Cancelled us without notification after a long drive

We booked 2 apartments here 6 months in advance on free cancellation with booking .com The accommodation then contacted me to say that as a party of 8 we couldn’t have free cancellation and would have to pay more . I said that’s fine.We arrived today after a long journey to be told that there was a problem with our accommodation and they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us . There was no attempt to inform us in advance and no attempt to find us any alternative accommodation.The manager was particularly unhelpful and put the phone down on us .AVOiD at all costs !!!!!!!

Amazing apartments.

Stayed here with my family for 5 days just before Christmas for skiing. The apartment is very clean and very big, plenty of room for us (4 adults). It’s a 10 minute easy walk to the gondola so we left our boots and skis in storage near the gondola.Our transfer was initially delayed so the girl at reception let us have a late check out with no charge and then due to the adverse weather conditions we had to arrange an alternative transfer which the reception did this for us. If i ever ski in Soldeu again i would stay here without considering anywhere else.Highly recommend.

We had a duplex apartment, plenty of space for family of 4. Lovely views across to mountains. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare basic meals. Within easy walking distance of local restaurants. About 10 mins walk up to the gondola station.The underground parking was fine, bit on the tight side but that's normal. Friendly staff, including very helpful cleaning lady.

Centrally located on the main road. Very quiet and peaceful area in summer with stunning mountain views. Duplex apartment good enough for 5/6 people. Ms. Elena Lou was very kind and helpful with good tips and advice on the surrounding attractions.

Fantastic apartments

Stayed here for 3 nights for family skiing trip. Located about 400 metres from main lift. Free parking. Apartments were amazing for the price . Split level with 2 bedrooms and great mountain views .Get yourself a locker for €11 a day at the lifts and save yourself carrying gear back to room after skiing. Ok so it’s not located within a minute of the lifts like a few other hotels but you are getting a spacious modern apartment for the same price as a tiny room, for the sake of a 5 minute walk! Highly guarantee this place and will definitely return , although probably earlier in the season as the skiing itself was not great. Full of slush !!
