  "This is not a hotel" or this was what i was told when politely asking for fresh towels and a toilet roll, 3 days into a 4 day ski trip. The Hotel itself is ok, but the room for 4 lads had a double bed and a double sofa bed meaning we had to share, but the main issue was the rudeness of the reception staff. We booked through Heidi, with our itinerary stating a 16:00 check in. When we arrived the woman on reception insisted that check in was at 17:00 and that the booking with Heidi made no difference. Turned out the room was ready anyway and after 10 minutes of her arguing, it became clearer that she just wanted a fight. This is the same woman who asked for €10 for a clean towel and then told me that she didn't like the way i was talking to her, when I was simply explaining that there were 4 guys in a cramped room with 4 towels. Very rude staff, I won't be coming back.   Much better than I expected. Apartments well located in front of a free parking lot and next to the egg. In front of restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean. Good Saturdays and quilts. Crockery with what is necessary. Large TV with Netflix. Good heating. If I have to make a complaint it is that they are very small but it is not necessary more.   Nightmare in Apartments 3000

  Horrible, embarrassing, regrettable, indecent, a complete scam. They are apartments in which the sofa bed has not even been cleaned (dog hair everywhere), which is not even a sofa (if you sit down you fall) and much less a bed. You can't sleep in it. The bedding is old, the sleeves are not old, the next thing... the heater takes a day to heat the cabin. I was there on the Immaculate Bridge and the first day we almost died of cold. The apartment building is a lot of trouble from Canillo, to find them is quite an odyssey and to access the keys, quite an adventure. Apart from all this, they do not have sidewalks, so the road with very intense traffic is an annoying noise that does not let you sleep. Horrible soundproofing.
