40 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     Great hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great room. High above town but no problem, there is an elevator nearby that will take you down to Main Street. The only negative and it’s not the hotel’s fault but to get a taxi at 5:45 was a disaster. I wound up having to walk down to bus station , an 11 minute walk with my luggage. There has to be a better way to get an early morning cab.

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andorra Park Hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor (definitely stay on the 3rd or 4th floor to have a good view from the balcony of your room), and our view from the spacious balcony was spectacular. The room was large and clean, loved the bathroom. The bedspreads could use updating, but otherwise, no complaints. There is a hiking path very close to the hotel's entrance that looks out over the whole city (and some roosters). The people at the front desk and the bar were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great for bread, fruits, cheese & meat, but the hot items were not very hot or flavorful. I was very glad that we chose to stay a bit off the beaten path. There are lots of restaurants nearby, too.     Exceptional stay with the whole Family for a Birthday celebration! We could no have asked for more. The whole stay definitely exceeded our expectations.The hotel is wonderful, located in a special and unique spot, at the bottom of a mountain with outstanding views of the valley and the whole city.The staff is very attentive, polite, friendly and always willing to help with a smile.Food is incredible, offering a great variety of stuff, especially for breakfast.Rooms are a 10 out of 10, especially the bathroom and how comfortable and good the bed is.You can walk to the city centre in no time from the hotel.All in all, an unforgettable experience in a special hotel that I would recommend to anybody without a doubt.     A wonderful hotel that very much deserves its 5 stars. Ideal location for exploring the Capital. The swimming pool is very nice, with an outside bar area. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool area, one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in for quite some time. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly.     Superb Location, Nice Hotel, Terrible Wi-Fi

    This is a nice hotel in an outstanding location above the city — but with easy access to the center of town. In short, the location is perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are large and well appointed. The big downside to staying here is the truly terrible Wi-Fi connectivity. The service is slow — typically less than 1 Mb/s and unreliable. Staff said their Wi-Fi service was working normally but other guests confirmed that the Wi-Fi was next to worthless. It was impossible for me to work using the hotel’s Wi-Fi service. I had to use Wi-Fi elsewhere in town.
