Next door smokers and drinkers marred our stay

Our stay was marred by next door people smoking and drinking their own drinks on their balcony. As it is so humid and no air con we had no choice but to keep balcony doors open. Disgusting cigarette smoke wafting in they talked at the tops of their voices. At least we only have to suffer this for one night. Unfortunately, it seems that the conduct of other guests has significantly impacted your comfort. Although our hotel is a non-smoking environment, we regret that the actions of others infringed upon your enjoyment and we will consider this feedback in our ongoing efforts to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Magnificent views.

The magnificent views from the terrace are one of the main attractions of this lovely hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights midweek so the hotel was not crowded and we were very well looked after by all the staff who were friendly and helpful. A special mention for Pol , the restaurant manager who was exceptionally helpful. He even managed to programme the TV to a special channel so I was able to watch my favourite football team winning an important match. I'll always remember that. Thanks Pol.The hotel is clean and comfortable and ideal for a stay in the mountains. The free parking is another big bonus. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel and I'm sure we will go there again .I would recommend staying on half board as there are no other restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel restaurant is very good. My stay together with 20 other Artists from different countries was for 10 days, and I occupied a double room all by myself. The room had a fantastic view of the small town of Ordino down the valley below. The bedroom and especially the bath room were spotlessly cleaned daily and fresh toiletries replenished . The hotel provided a good multiple choice continental breakfast, and in the evenings served a different and fantastic 3 course dinner out of three different choices which we selected before leaving the hotel each morning. The Hotel had a bar where even coffee was served either indoors or out on the porch enjoying the fantastic view of the valley below. The staff were exceptionally helpful and all did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it could be. Fantastic stay for hiking holidays

We stayed at hotel Babot for 10 nights with three dogs. We did not expect much, but we were very positively surprised. Hotel is very nice and comfortable, clean, with good service and excellent value for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. We were even offered a bigger room because of three dogs and we really appreciated it. Room was simple and had a nice balcony with amazing views over Ordino and surrounding mountains. Food was good, we were able to choose from three menus for dinner and continental breakfast was served from buffet based on our choice (covid restrictions). Last day we ordered paella (a la carte) for dinner and it was delicious.Location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Andorra and its hiking trails with our dogs. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely return.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here. Suzanna and all the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.Ski lessons and free bus transfers were booked for us, very very helpful.Lovely food served in the restaurant at a very reasonable price.The spa was very much appreciated after a day in the snow.The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.Enjoyed every minute will definitely return
