We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s in a great and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — we slept so well! Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from. We also really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. The staff was so welcoming and kind to our cat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Alejandra who was really kind and made sure we had everything we needed!

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Special call out to Roberta, from guest relations who went the extra mile and sent over a itinerary to help us plan our short stay here and advised us best practices as we were going to watch a football match. Also as we were there to celebrate a birthday they also gave us a complimentary sweet treats platter, which was just lovely.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this hotel. Primarily the reason is that we attend a fragrance exhibition and is literally 4 minutes walk. The cost is very high although the hotel is very good, not exceptional, but it works for myself and my partne. We own a perfume retail business in the UK called Pulse of Perfumery and for all our 13 years trading our reviews are all but 1 x 3* all 5 star reviews. On this occasion I have mark our ecxperience as a 4* The shower should have been a more enjoyable experience and the cost is high for the room that we had. The 5* however that I would like to share is with a reception team member call Giorgina.

Amazing Staff and Hotel

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!! My boyfriend took me here for my birthday, the hotel staff were amazing! Especially Alejandra and Roberta they were very welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations from making the room perfect for us to giving us recommendations and advice on places to go and things to do and looked after us very well. Alejandra even sorted us a late checkout, and made everything perfect for us! She made our stay 10x better. We also got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a mini cake on my birthday! The service at this hotel by all the staff is incredible! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Alejandra and Roberta

Couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel… stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff made it an absolutely unreal experience. Special thanks to Alejandra and Roberta at NH collection Milano City Life for making our city break as best as possible. They was very helpful giving us places to go and specifically making itineraries for things that we like. Hotel service is amazing and the speacil requests I made for the room was well above my expectations. 10/10 couldn’t recommend a better hotel. Thanks Alejandra and Roberta and the staff.
