Klima Hotel Milano Fiere was born in 2012 and immediately became a sustainable hotel by adopting the eco-sustainability project. The facade of the hotel is entirely made of photovoltaic panels that provide much of the energy needed to operate the structure, while the back wall is a vertical green garden. Strategically located 5 minutes from the Rho Fair, in front of the new MIND (Milan Innovation District) hub and the brand new Galeazzi-Sant'Ambrogio hospital, the hotel is directly connected to the city center thanks to the proximity of the red metro, Molino Dorino. The hotel, classified as 4 star superior, is equipped with all the services and facilities to make your stay perfect. We have a conference center with 6 large meeting rooms, a fully equipped free gym and the 'Visconteo' restaurant where you will find delicious traditional Italian dishes.

Good value for money but rubbish location !

The staff are helpful and very informative. Breakfast was suprisingly very good - good mix of pastries, fruit and hot food. Also the room was very modern and spacious with a very big bathroom. However the hotel is in a rubbish location about a $20/25 euro taxi from the nearest metro station or a hour walk . The shuttle bus is every 30 mins from 8-9:30 and starts again at 5:30 to 7:30 . This only takes you to the closest metro station and needs to be booked in advance - it doesn’t pick you up !. It is useful but you require a taxi back so be prepared to spend a minimum of 20 euros every time you want to return to the hotel . In addition there was loads of caravans and gypsies on the street leading upto the hotel which the hotel staff told us to be careful and advised us not to walk past there. You are able to avoid this section and walk around to the other side of the hotel but still isn’t a very well light area. If you get this hotel for a cheap deal then definitely book but if not just spend the extra money and get closer into the centre of milan as you will spend the extra money on taxis anwyays 👍
